I’ll never forget that rainy night on my little beach in France at Tina’s cafe, where for over two decades, I cooked to pay the bills and sang my heart out for free. People came from all over to join in the festivities. I worked like a dog sharing and caring for all the guests and catering to the many talented musicians who graced us with their visit from around the world.
It was a quote from my dad that sparked The Heavenly Pancake
